The plain-language version
Core play is simple. Advertising is disclosed.
Neon Drift version 1.0.0 does not require an account, profile, payment method, contact, photo, microphone, or precise location. It uses Google AdMob to display advertising. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share certain ad-related technical and interaction data as described below.
Information collection
Neon Drift does not ask you for an account, name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or precise location. However, Google AdMob may automatically collect device IP address, ad and app interaction information, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID where available.
Advertising and sharing
We use Google AdMob to request, display, measure, and protect advertising. Google may use the information processed by its Mobile Ads SDK for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Ads may be personalised or non-personalised according to your settings, consent choices, and applicable law. We do not directly sell your personal information.
Your advertising choices
Where required by applicable law, Neon Drift may present Google’s consent and privacy-options tools. You can also manage or reset your Android advertising ID in device settings. Google explains its advertising controls in its advertising technologies policy. Your choice can affect the ads you see, not your ability to play the core game.
Local game progress
Core gameplay and local game settings are stored on your device. We do not operate a Neon Drift account, leaderboard, cloud save, payment, or social service. Uninstalling the game normally removes its local app data, subject to your device and Android backup settings.
Children’s privacy
Neon Drift does not knowingly ask players to submit personal information. If the game is made available to children or a mixed audience, its ad settings, age treatment, consent flow, and Google Play declarations will be configured for the applicable audience and legal requirements.
Security
Neon Drift does not run its own player-data server. Advertising data processed by Google is handled under Google’s policies and security measures. Google states that data collected by the Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. Keep your device and operating system updated to protect local content.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when Neon Drift, its advertising configuration, or applicable legal requirements change. Any revised policy will show a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies to the extent permitted by law.
Third-party services
Neon Drift uses Google AdMob. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK documentation describes the data categories the SDK may process, including IP address, interaction data, diagnostic information, and device/account identifiers. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and Android data-disclosure guidance for more detail.
